Travel Agent Program

A partnership worth keeping.

For travel agents and concierges, the chauffeur partner you recommend is a reflection of your taste. NLS has been the reliable choice for California's top travel advisors since 1989, because we earn the recommendation every single time.

The NLS Travel Agent Partnership Program is built around three things travel professionals consistently tell us they need: predictable service quality so your client never returns disappointed, modern vehicles that are less than three years old, and a single point of contact who knows your name and your agency.

We work with travel professionals at every scale: independent advisors at host agencies (Virtuoso, Signature, Travel Leaders, and similar), boutique luxury agencies, hotel concierges, family office travel coordinators, and corporate travel managers.

How partner bookings work.

Bookings happen through your dedicated NLS agent contact via phone or email. Provide your client's details, the pickup and drop-off locations, the timing, and any specific requirements. We handle confirmation, dispatch, and post-trip reporting.

Your agency identity is preserved on all client communications when you prefer. The client knows you booked through NLS but the relationship is owned by your agency. Confirmations, SMS notifications, and final receipts can be branded to your agency.

For agencies booking outside California, NLS coordinates through our certified affiliate network. The same single point of contact, the same partnership terms, and the same operational standards apply across markets.

Both IATA-accredited and CLIA-affiliated agents are eligible. Independent advisors and agencies of all sizes are welcome.
What types of services can travel agents book through NLS?
Every NLS service is available for agent partner bookings: airport transfers (SFO, LAX, OAK, SJC, and global affiliate airports), hourly charter, point-to-point transfers, long-distance California routes, Wine Country tours, wedding transportation, special events, corporate travel, and special occasions. Multi-day programs and group transportation are coordinated through your dedicated agent contact.
How does the booking process work for agents?
Travel agent partners book through a dedicated agent contact via phone or email, no consumer booking portal required. Provide client details, pickup and drop-off, and any special requirements. We handle confirmation, dispatch, and post-trip reporting. Agent identity is preserved on all communications with the client when desired.
Do you offer white-label or co-branded service?
For larger partner agencies, NLS offers white-label or co-branded service options including agency-branded confirmation emails, SMS notifications, and post-trip receipts. The chauffeur and vehicle are NLS-provided, but the client experience can be branded with your agency's identity. Discuss specific options with our partnerships team.
Is NLS service available globally?
NLS provides direct service in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County. Beyond California, our certified affiliate network covers all 50 U.S. states and 70+ countries with equivalent service standards. Travel agents can book multi-market trips through a single NLS contact with consolidated reporting.
How do I become a travel agent partner with NLS?
Contact our partnerships team at reservations@nlstrans.com with subject "Travel Agent Partnership." Provide your agency name, agent IATA or CLIA number (if applicable), expected booking volume, and primary client markets. Most partnerships are confirmed within 5 business days.
Are there minimum booking requirements?
No minimum booking volume is required to maintain partnership status. Partners with low or no recent bookings remain in good standing. Higher-volume partners qualify for additional benefits and tier advantages discussed during onboarding.
Can I refer clients without a formal partnership?
For occasional referrals without a formal partnership, ask the client to mention your agency name when booking and we'll note the referral. For ongoing partnerships with dedicated support, the formal program is the appropriate path.
