Receive Confirmation

An email confirmation arrives within minutes containing your reservation number, vehicle assignment, and the cancellation policy. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

III.

Chauffeur Assignment

The day before your trip, you'll receive your chauffeur's name and direct contact information. NLS dispatchers begin tracking your flight 24 hours before scheduled departure.

IV.

Day of Service

Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes ahead of scheduled pickup (30 minutes for corporate accounts). Real-time flight tracking adjusts arrival as needed. SMS notification sent when your chauffeur is on-site.

V.

Post-Trip Receipt

Final invoice with itemized charges sent within 24 hours. Suggested 20% gratuity may be modified or removed at your discretion.

Which airports does NLS Transportation serve?
NLS Transportation serves all major California airports including San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland International (OAK), San Jose International (SJC), Los Angeles International (LAX), Hollywood Burbank (BUR), Long Beach (LGB), and John Wayne Orange County (SNA). We maintain FBO presence at Signature Aviation SFO for private aviation transfers and serve all FBOs across our coverage area. For airports outside California, our certified affiliate network covers all 50 U.S. states and 70+ countries.
Do you track my flight in real time?
Yes. NLS dispatch tracks every confirmed airport transfer in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will be notified and adjust their arrival time automatically. There is no charge for wait time caused by delayed commercial flights.
How much wait time is included after my flight lands?
Twenty (20) minutes of complimentary wait time is included after your scheduled pickup time. Beyond that, wait time is charged at the transfer base rate plus the hourly rate prorated in 15-minute intervals. NLS does not charge for wait time on delayed commercial flights.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
By default, your chauffeur will meet you curbside at the designated pickup zone for your terminal. Greeter service inside baggage claim is available on request — your chauffeur will hold an NLS sign with your name and assist with luggage. For FBO arrivals, your chauffeur meets you planeside or at the FBO entrance per your preference.
How early should I book an airport transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. Same-day bookings are accommodated based on fleet availability — call our 24/7 concierge at +1 (650) 364-0118 for last-minute requests. Corporate accounts and frequent clients receive priority during high-demand periods.
What is the cancellation policy for airport transfers?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee equal to the base transfer rate. No-shows are charged at 100% of the booked service. Can I book a chauffeur for an FBO or private aviation pickup?
Yes. NLS maintains FBO presence at Signature Aviation SFO and serves all major FBOs across the Bay Area and Los Angeles County. Specify "FBO arrival" when booking and provide the FBO name plus your tail number or charter details. For Signature SFO, planeside service is available on request.
Do I need to provide my own child seat?
For safety reasons related to age- and weight-appropriate equipment, NLS does not provide child safety or booster seats by default. Customers may provide and install their own. NLS chauffeurs are trained to assist with proper installation. For specific arrangements, contact reservations in advance.
