How far in advance should I book?
Standard service: 24 to 48 hours. Weddings, multi-day, or specialty vehicles: 2 to 4 weeks. Same-day: call our 24/7 concierge.
What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour cancellation window for standard service. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Corporate accounts billed monthly via ACH. Card required to hold most reservations; final billing processed at completion of service.
Do I need to tip the chauffeur?
A 20% suggested gratuity is included on the final invoice for most bookings, fully modifiable at your discretion. Cash gratuities are welcome but never required.
What if my flight is delayed?
Providing your flight number lets dispatch track your arrival in real time. We adjust pickup timing automatically. No need to update us manually.
