Yes. All NLS chauffeurs are fully licensed, commercially insured, and undergo rigorous background checks, defensive driver training, and ongoing hospitality coaching to ensure your safety and comfort.
Yes. You can modify pickup time, vehicle class, stops, or passenger details by contacting our concierge team. Changes within 2 hours of pickup are accommodated whenever possible based on dispatch availability.
You may cancel your booking with no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for standard reservations. Special events, weddings, and group bookings have separate cancellation windows. Please contact our concierge team for the exact policy on your reservation.
Yes. Forward-facing, rear-facing, and booster seats are available at no additional charge. Please request the seat type and child's age at the time of booking so we can prepare the appropriate setup.
Yes. NLS provides chauffeured airport transfers to and from SFO, OAK, SJC, LAX, BUR, LGB, and all major California airports, plus private FBO terminals for executive and charter clients. Learn more about airport transfers.
We monitor flight schedules in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust pickup time automatically. You are never left waiting and never charged for delays outside your control.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and approved corporate billing accounts. Personal bookings are typically charged at the time of reservation; corporate accounts can be invoiced on negotiated terms.
Frequent travelers and corporate accounts receive priority dispatch, preferred pricing, and dedicated account management. Contact our concierge team to discuss enrollment for your travel program.
02 — Airport Transfers
How we coordinate with commercial flights, FBO terminals, and arrivals around the clock.
We use real-time flight tracking software integrated directly with airport radar feeds. Your chauffeur's arrival is automatically adjusted for early landings, delays, or gate changes, so you are never left waiting.
For standard transfers, we recommend booking 24 to 48 hours in advance. For peak travel seasons or holidays, earlier booking is highly encouraged to guarantee vehicle availability.
For arrivals, your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a personalized meet-and-greet sign by default. Curbside pickup and private FBO meet points are also available on request when you book.
Our published rates include the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, standard wait time, and base gratuity-eligible service. Tolls, parking, airport fees, and overage wait time are billed separately and itemized on your final receipt.
Flight delays are tracked automatically and your chauffeur is rescheduled at no extra cost. Standard wait time at the airport is included in your reservation; extended waits beyond the included grace period may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee depending on the vehicle class and route. Full details are provided at the time of booking.
Yes. NLS regularly services every major FBO across the Bay Area and Los Angeles, including Signature, Atlantic, Jet Aviation, Million Air, and Clay Lacy. Tail number coordination is included with every private aviation booking.
Yes. Forward-facing, rear-facing, and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge. Please indicate the seat type and child's age when you book.
Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after touchdown; international arrivals include 60 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at your vehicle's hourly rate.

We carry high-limit commercial liability insurance, perform rigorous background checks, and require defensive driver training plus annual recertification for every chauffeur. All vehicles undergo frequent multi-point safety inspections.
Absolutely. Executive assistants can book, modify, and manage rides on behalf of their executives through our online portal or directly with our concierge team. We support multiple authorized bookers per corporate account.
Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing, GL/expense-code tagging, traveler-level reporting, and integrations with major corporate travel and expense platforms on request.

05 — Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
How NLS supports patients, caregivers, and care teams with safe, reliable medical transport.
Non-emergency medical transportation is for patients who are medically stable and do not require emergency care or paramedic services. NEMT provides door-to-door ground transportation to planned medical appointments, treatments, or discharges. Ambulances are reserved for emergencies requiring immediate medical intervention.
We accommodate folding wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and other non-powered mobility aids in our Executive Van and Sprinter vehicles. For passengers requiring a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) with a lift, please contact our concierge team to discuss options and availability.
Yes. We specialize in recurring transport schedules for patients attending dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation, or other regular treatment programs. Contact us to set up a standing schedule and we will handle the rest.
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. For recurring medical appointments, we suggest setting up a standing schedule to guarantee availability. Same-day requests are accommodated whenever capacity allows.
NEMT is covered under many Medicaid and managed care plans when deemed medically necessary. Coverage varies by plan and eligibility. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your specific situation and any authorization requirements.
