Every NLS affiliate is independently certified across a 14-point framework spanning insurance, fleet, chauffeur vetting, dispatch capability, technology integration, and client-handoff protocol. Once certified, performance is reviewed quarterly against live operational data: booking accuracy, on-time arrival, client feedback, and dispatch responsiveness. Underperforming affiliates are coached or replaced. The standard doesn't bend.
